We respect the confidentiality of pupils’ and families’ personal and academic information. The purposes of collection and circumstances in which information is shared are described in our privacy policy, including sharing with service providers and affiliated entities to manage educational programmes, and when required by law.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Tuition fees must be paid before the start of each term, or in full before the school year. Enrolment fees are non-refundable. Tuition refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as validated medical reasons.
5. Early Withdrawal Policy
Parents must provide written notice when withdrawing a child early. Tuition fees for the current term will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances approved by management.

7. Use of Images and Media
By enrolling their child at BSA, parents consent to the use of images and videos of their children for school and promotional purposes. A parent wishing to refuse this use must send a written request to school administration.
8. Safety and First Aid
Our staff are trained in first aid, and protocols are in place to respond quickly to accidents and emergencies. In the event of serious injury or illness, parents will be contacted immediately and professional medical care will be sought if necessary.
